Through the 4+1 Program, students can choose from several academic pathways that align with their calling, career goals, and long-term leadership development.
The Business Track allows students to complete a BA in Business Administration and continue into the MBA program. This pathway is designed for future leaders in business, nonprofits, and church administration, with a focus on ethical, strategic leadership.
The Theology Track allows students to complete a BA in Biblical Theology & Ministry and continue into the Master of Arts in Theological Studies. This pathway is designed for students who want to deepen their understanding of Scripture, theology, and Christian thought, with a focus on biblical interpretation, spiritual formation, and faithful engagement with the Church and world.
The Ministry Track allows students to complete a BA in Biblical Theology & Ministry and continue into the Master of Divinity. This pathway is designed for students preparing for ministry leadership, preaching, chaplaincy, or pastoral care, with a focus on biblical depth, practical ministry skills, and Christ-centered service. Because the M.Div. is a more extensive graduate degree, students in this pathway can expect to complete both degrees in six total years.
Students in the Worship Theology Track can complete a BA in Worship Arts & Media and continue into the Master of Arts in Theological Studies. This pathway is designed for students who want to deepen their theological foundation for worship, media, and creative ministry, with a focus on Scripture, spiritual formation, and thoughtful engagement with the Church through the arts.
Students in the Worship Ministry Track can complete a BA in Worship Arts & Media and continue into the Master of Divinity. This pathway is designed for students preparing for pastoral leadership in worship, creative ministry, or church-based communication, with a focus on biblical depth, practical ministry skills, and Christ-centered leadership. Because the M.Div. requires additional graduate preparation, students in this pathway can expect to complete both degrees in six total years.
The Strategic Ministry Leadership Track allows students to complete a BA in Ministry & Leadership and continue into the Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership. This pathway is designed for students called to lead in ministry, nonprofit, or organizational settings, with a focus on strategic leadership, team development, and faithful service in the Church and beyond.
